Today I want to share a tip that I’ve recently started to use. Around 30 minutes before workout, I’d eat something with high sugar in it.
This is beneficial for 3 reasons:
* The sugar rush gives you energy and helps you have a more intense workout.
* The sugar somehow prevents exertion headaches. Ever since I started to eat some chocolate before the workout my headaches are gone.
* You will burn it anyway in the workout and it can help you maintain your overall diet and reduce your likelihood to “cheat”.
Try it and you’ll see how effective it is!
