Breath! (Or: Quick Tip for Preventing Exercise Induced Headache)

Hello all,

Today I’ll just share a quick tip I’ve read that helped me stop having headaches after my workout …

In the last week I suffered from minor headaches that occurred right after my first set and lasted for 2-3 hours afterwards. At first I ignore them but after they repeated themselves after each exercise I decided to check out the reason.

Turns out I wasn’t breathing correctly in my sets and stopped my breath without paying attention, and that caused a stress on my head.

So tip for all you high intensity trainers: Breath through your mouth and never stop breathing in a set.
